Digital competencies for the employees in ContiTech Carei
Contitech Carei implements the POCU project, funded by the EU-state for the development of employees' digital skills. The objective of the project is to improve the level of knowledge, competences and digital skills, respectively to increase the professional performance for 454 employees of the company. Both men and women, as well as people between 55 and 64 years old, will participate in these programs.
The implementation period of the project is 17 months, between September 1, 2021 and January 31, 2023, with a non-reimbursable financial assistance of 517,429.19 lei. In the next period, Contitech will organize training programs such as: Maintenance concepts (Preventive, Reactive, Predictive), Cyber Security, Development of maintenance skills for industrial robots - Kuka robots, Development of digital skills - advanced level - use of MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, specialized digital skills ( SAP Key User course)”,“Development of digital skills in design with 3D Experience (Catia V6) or Development of skills for using the PLATO 1 platform (FMEA tool)”.
