Good, responsible corporate governance geared toward sustainable, long-term value creation and in the interests of all stakeholders is the measure that governs the actions of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of Continental AG. On the basis of applicable law, the German Corporate Governance Code (the "Code"), the governance by the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board shall be transparent and understandable and shall promote the confidence of investors, customers, employees and the general public in the management and control of the Company as a publicly listed German stock corporation.
