Sustainability as a Cornerstone: Integration in Education and Training
In the area of training and further education, we sensitise our junior employees to sustainability from the first day of their apprenticeship or dual study program and enable them to put sustainable ideas into practice during their theoretical and practical training. We initiate and support creative trainee projects in which we also learn new things from our junior employees. Another pillar of our ‘Sustainable for You’ initiative is the presentation of Group projects in the area of sustainability.
