Great semester abroad in Thailand
We are Louisa and David, and we are studying Business Administration-Digital Business Management and Industrial Engineering. Our semester abroad took us to Thailand, and we would like to tell you about our experiences there.
Our semester abroad in Thailand was undoubtedly the best time of our lives! Thanks to the great support of Continental, we were able to have an unforgettable time in this fascinating country. From the very beginning, we have been captivated by the fascinating culture, the warm people and the breathtaking nature. Every day was a new discovery – whether it was exploring traditional temples, enjoying delicious street food or relaxing on the paradisiacal beaches and islands.
Another highlight was our studies at Mahidol University International College. The university provided us with an excellent academic environment in which we could take challenging courses and expand our knowledge. Learning in an international environment has further broadened our horizons and given us valuable insights into different ways of thinking and cultures.
We were particularly impressed by the deep connection to Thai culture. We were able to experience the hospitality and joie de vivre of the people here up close and learned a lot about their traditions and customs. These cultural experiences have not only sustainably enriched our understanding of the diversity of our world, but have also broadened our perspective.
During our stay, we also made wonderful new friends. The international community we got to know showed us how valuable intercultural exchange is. It was impressive to see people from different parts of the world come together to inspire and learn from each other.
