Dancing Is My Life
Dancing is my life. It’s an aesthetic, highly competitive sport that inspires body and mind. If I ever go without dancing for two weeks, my body demands it.
From the very beginning, everyone at Continental could tell that it wasn’t only in my job as a mechanical engineer that I had hidden talents. That was back in 2010, and after I had got to know Continental during my apprenticeship, I saw no reason to look for another employer after completing my studies.
In R&D I initially worked as a Project Manager for the APAC market for 5 years before becoming an Automotive Engineer for the OE business with Volkswagen. In January 2019, I took up the newly created post of Global Account Quality Manager in Key Account Management for the VW Group. The fact that no two days are ever the same in my job is what appeals to me about my work.

I have been passionate about dancing all my life. When I was younger, I won numerous awards with my hip-hop dance group, but I felt like I eventually outgrew the genre as I got older. That’s when I turned to Latin American dancing. I started off with solo dancing at the competitive dance club “1. TSZ im TKH”. I have been taking part in formation dancing for several years now and have been promoted to the 2nd North German League with my team. On top of that, I also became the Head of the Competitive Dance department at TKH last year.
