Our German colleagues welcome our new colleagues from Trelleborg Printing Solutions

      Günter Düpetell

      Greetings!

We are colleagues now? I think that's great - that can only be good. Then I'll introduce myself first: My name is Günter Düpetell and I'm 40 years old. I have been working at Continental in Northeim since 2008 and produce printing plates here. Besides my colorful hair, what sets me apart is my manual dexterity. That is actually very crucial in our work. Apart from that, I'm mainly interested in how you handle your process orders. But to be honest, I'd rather discuss that in person. Come on by! I look forward to working with you.

      Kim Venja Dickel

      Hey!

May I introduce myself briefly? My name is Kim Venja Dickel and I am 28 years old. I'm part of the Supply Chain Management team. I started training as an industrial clerk in Northeim in 2012 and now know my way around the site very well. This overview of departments and processes still helps me a lot now in my work in tissue disposition. It never hurt to think outside the box. So if I can help you with anything, just get in touch with me.

      Dragan Jovanovic

      Good day!

Glad you're curious about more info. The more we know about each other and get to know each other, the better we understand each other and can grow together as a team. Let's go: My name is Dragan Jovanovic, I'm 35 years old and have been with Continental in Northeim since 2016. I work as a machine operator on the grinding machine. Here I need a good eye and an alert mind. Because I identify the smallest defects on the surface of our printing blankets. Even though I basically always have the same job, new challenges await me every day. I like that. The key is to stay calm and collected. Now I'd like to know more about you and your work - just get in touch!

      Safet Osmanovic

      Hello!

My name is Safet Osmanovic, I am 47 years old and a family man. I joined Continental in 1999. So I've been with the company for a long time and have very strong ties to it. There are so many gears that mesh in my job. That's where it's crucial to think a few steps ahead. But no two days are the same, and that's exactly the variety I enjoy.

My workplace in Northeim is calender 3, where rubber sheet and fabric are joined together. We now have a similar task ahead of us as a team: turning two into one. I'm looking forward to it!

      Ronny Jensch

      Howdy!

I'm Ronny Jensch, 40, from the mixing room. My job is to run different compounds on the machine so that the mass becomes long rubber sheets. This is where the basic material for all other production steps is created. The better I work here, the better our product will be in the end. My motto is to do my best every day. We get along well here as a team and work hand in hand. Of course, we are also open to new colleagues. Welcome to Continental!

      Alptekin Sebahattin

      Hello!

you want to know more about me and my work? No problem, I'll be happy to tell you: My name is Alptekin Sebahattin. I am 49 years old, married and since 2010 at Continental in Northeim. Here I work as a machine operator in the mixing room. With the help of a bale lifter, I weigh out the individual substances that belong in a mixture. Since each product has its own composition, concentration and attention are particularly important. Every move has to be perfect. In the end, it's crucial that we work as a team and that everything goes hand in hand. If I don't follow the recipe exactly here, then my colleagues can't do anything with the rubber compound and can't do a good job.

Our new colleagues from Italy are introducing themselves

      Davide Elio Ubbiali

      Hello,

it is good that you are here!

My name is Davide Elio Ubbiali. I am 26 years old and only joined Trelleborg in 2022 in Lodi Vecchio. And now such a big change! But I see it im a positive way. The merger will definitely bring new challenges. I am curious to see what will change in my work and what will remain unchanged.

One thing is certain: I will continue to do my work in vulcanization in a very scupulous way. Because I love to create something with my own hands. And I also like to perform different tasks between lotro. For me, no day is the same as another. Why should I be afraid of change?

      Alessandro Bottin

      Hello,

I am Alessandro Bottin, I am 52 years old and I have been with the Lodi Vecchio team since 2002.

I am happy that we are all one big family now. This merger is a good step toward a common future.

Because of my work in maintenance for the Old Lodi site, I get around the departments quite a bit and know just about everyone and everything. I love my diverse and varied tasks. And I am happy to be able to see the results of my work immediately. But relationships with colleagues are also important to me. That is why I am always flexible and available. You can count on me, both personally and professionally.

      Daniela Rojas

      Hey,

It is great that you are interested in my work. Here in Lodi Vecchio, I follow the production of some of our products and try to constantly improve the processes. This is the only way we can meet the quality requirements of products for the end customer. I stay in touch with the engineering team in case of complaints. This is not a good thing, but it is also an opportunity to understand and improve, always. There is no shortage of opportunities, whether in raw materials, processes, or innovations.

Our merger gives us a unique opportunity to share our knowledge, experience, and to develop new ideas to continue to improve. Let's work together to get the best out of both companies!

Oops, almost forgot: I'm Daniela Rojas.

      Alexander Cantarello

      Good,

Have I aroused your curiosity? My name is Alessandro Cantarello. As a lab technician, I test our raw materials, both rubber and fabric. These tests provide data for developing new products or improving existing ones. In this way I help provide useful data for the work of our research and development team.

I am 26 years old and started my career in Trelleborg five years ago. During this time I have learned a lot, both professionally and personally. Our merger now gives me the opportunity to think even more outside the box. Tell me how you learn and move forward, over the hurdle.

      Valentina Bottigiola

      Good morning,

I am Valentina Bottigiola - and I will soon be part of the Old Lodi team for a quarter of a century, more than half my life. You see, I like it here. As a client accountant, I make sure that payments arrive correctly in our coffers. To that end, I keep in close touch with the sales team and customer service.

Sure, I work with a modern laptop and online portals, but I still don't want to do without my old calculator.

I would be happy to talk with you in person to get to know each other better and share our experiences. Would you like to know more? I am happy to be of help!

      Fabio Lecchi

      Hello,

It is a pleasure to see you here! My name is Fabio Lecchi. I have been working in Trelleborg for two decades now.... I work in Dresano, and in my business of allocating materials for customers, material defects immediately jump out at me. Speaking of eyes, from my workplace I have a great view of our "slitting & converting" department.

"Don't worry," I said as soon as we learned about the merger. After all, I am convinced that together we can shape our future growth even better than would have been possible for each of us alone. Change does not frighten me. On the contrary: I am looking forward to it!

      Carlo Acquistapaci

Are you here? I almost didn't expect it. But I am happy that you are here and that you are interested in my work. I'd like to offer you coffee, but we'll do that later. But may I introduce myself? Allow me, Carlo Acquistapace.

My work is never the same. Every day there are many different tasks to be done: Staff must be guided and trained. I enjoy these assignments. And I can count on my team of five people.

As a shift leader, I must not only be flexible and helpful. I must also be able to listen. Put me to the test!

      Antonio Luisi

      Welcome!

I am Antonio Luisi. Would you like to celebrate my anniversary with me? In 2023 I will have been in Trelleborg for 25 years. And I still love it. And I'm still very young. I'm only 44 years old. I started here at a young age and now work at the "Service Hub" in Dresano.

As a rubber processor, I am in charge of cutting our products. If I work well, it is easier for my colleagues who do the next steps. And they can count on me. Don't you think so? Go ahead, ask them!

      Pietro Truffi

      Hello!

Now you have come to someone who has been here for a long time. My name is Pietro Truffi and I am 57 years old.

In the final inspection of blankets for offset printing, I am looking for defects day after day. I always have to be very focused. That's why I don't have anything on my desk to distract me. But when I change shifts, I still savor the great atmosphere here among us colleagues.

I wonder how the most common mistakes are solved. But I am sure I will find out soon. After all, our merger is a great opportunity to learn from each other.
