Jyoti works for Continental as a New Product Launch assistant manager in Manesar, India. In her daily work, her main task is to align all the activities and fulfill customer demands on time.

Through her career at Continental so far, Jyoti thinks she has gained rich experience working with a diverse, global team. She believes it is inspiring to work towards a common goal with colleagues from different cultures across the world.

Jyoti gets to see first-hand how new technologies are transforming road safety in India. “We manufactured our first antilock braking system (ABS) in November 2016, and we have produced more than one million ABS since then. This shows that vehicle safety is increasing in India.”
