The Continental IT Graduate Program offers a rapid introduction to the IT organization of Continental. The two-year program places you within multicultural and high-performing teams and introduces you to a wide range of state-of-the-art IT solutions on a global scale.

We offer you the opportunity to tailor your first two years of work according to your personal interests, so you can be sure that the program you choose is right for you. The program includes four self-defined assignments within and outside Germany.

In the meantime, we offer two development paths within the program:

General Track: a broad and individual training approach that gives you an overview of different technology areas and project/business management.

Specific Track: here, you can focus on specific IT areas such as data science, cloud solutions, software engineering, etc.

What We Are Looking for:

A Passion for Innovation
